Same Day Delivery: Weekdays, order by 11:30 a.m. For Saturdays, order by 8:00 a.m.... or better yet, Friday evening :) 

Order for Pickup: When checking out, you'll see "Order Type" with "Delivery Order" just below it. Click on that and choose "I will pick it up". Or just give us a call - 410.751.9015 and leave a message if we don't answer. 

Delivery Fee: Based on distance, not zip code. This has allowed us to expand our delivery area to certain zip codes not available before. Our delivery limit is 15 miles. If the address you entered is more than 15 miles, it will show a $500 delivery fee, which  means it's out of our delivery area. 

If there's a problem with your order, please call or email us and we'll fix it! 

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs.  However, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.  We can usually do morning or afternoon. If it needs to be there before or after a certain time,  please type it into the  Delivery Instructions field during checkout. We never mind getting a follow-up email! ( cutgarden@yahoo.com) Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance; we do book up early. 

Funeral Arrangements

Larger or more specialized pieces typically require additional lead-time. Please let us know who the service is in memory of. 

Delivery to Hospitals & Assisted Living

We deliver to Carroll Hospital Center, and many Assisted Living facilities. We always observe protocol at each place, which right now means leaving at the front desk/door, and they take it from there.  Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Substitution Policy

We try hard to get it as close to the "look and feel" as possible, except where it's a "nice mix" or that sort of thing. We always make sure you get your money's worth;  we will only substitute flowers of equal or greater value. 

Delivery Policy

If recipient isn't home, we're usually able to leave it on a covered porch or other sheltered area. If weather is really nasty we'll leave it with a neighbor. Door hangers with a note are always left. We only bring it back to the shop as a last resort.
